About Me:
I am a leanly built Korean-American citizen of the United States who earned his Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University (TX) in 2004 and by 2006 made the decision to not be a therapist but a filmmaker instead while living in Seoul, South Korea, where I funded my independent filmmaking by teaching English essay writing and presentations at Sookmyung Women’s University (숙명 여대) and was a radio news broadcaster. I have worked in film and media in Los Angeles (The City of Angels) since 2011, primarily directing and editing content for social media for corporate clients. My unlicensed life-coaching career began in 2023 when it became difficult to maintain my unemployment status, so I decided if I’m going to make money I might as well do something that sounds the most interesting to me (for an hourly contracted rate) - which is hearing people’s stories and coaching them on being their best selves. So whether it’s your job/career, facing a new chapter in life, sprucing up your social media game with new content, parenting, improving your quality of bedroom life, etc. - let’s dish and figure some shit out.

My unlicensed life-coaching philosophy is that the philosophy to coach your own life has been inside of you this whole time. But sometimes we all need some goofy unemployed dude with an incomplete accreditation in therapy (but very experienced in media creation) just hanging around, focusing intensely on you, observing all your weird behaviors, and vibing with you while asking some very pointed questions to unlock that fire philosophy in you that will take you to the next level of you.
